Though the programme has a structure and a syllabus, the needs of the participants will betaken into account, as the workshop progresses. Flexibility and spontaneity will be the hallmarks of the programme.Delivery The faculty will employ a multi-dimensional pedagogy, to deliver the programme. It will comprise of talks, interactions, presentations by participants and well-designed activities including games and puzzles.
